During the Safety Review by the Full Board held on 02.09.2026, the following instruction was issued regarding goods trains working without a Train Manager / Working Train Manager and without a Brake Van:
Instruction:
Zonal Railways shall provide a Tail Lamp. LP/ALP should take over the Tail Lamp at the lobby and hand over the same at the lobby.
